It's been a while... Guess I got stuck in the myspace world. Hm...

In the meantime Starvingbuthappy.com had been relaunched but it did not really work out. No updates, maybe it is the distance, the involvement with other prokects and real life and maybe also the lack of interest in free music of in general. I took the page of some weeks ago and so far no-one complained. Still waiting for hate-mail or complaints.

I also felt really stuck with ckid and I think I will not start writing other songs in the ckid vein again.

I did some stuff as Le Mépris and also have a new drone project called pillowdiver.

"down with ghosts" will be available soon as ep on Starvingbuthappy! which Nicolas Saez and I will relaunch quite soon. We are quite happy to offer some new artists then as well... The full album might appear soon on Monotonik, too. I am working on some new drone pop tracks at the moment and some stuff will appear also under a secret moniker... oh, and berlin was such a good idea...

since the last update i worked on an album, some uk-based label that wanted to release it just told me that the times for electronic music labels do not look like they will continue. anyway. if anyone is interested in releasing some stuff by me please get in contact. currently i do not feel like releasing it as a netlabel release. i told some people about the release of the album in question and now once more think it is better to keep your mouth shut. it makes you question all the time and effort you invest in your music and if anyone could really be into it. anyway... blablabla.

i decided to make some stuff available as preview on a lastfm site here.

some new ckid tracks are nearly finished. maybe i will post them here. maybe not. my solo stuff is quite wallofsoundish at the moment, and i like it that way. i also reworked "even smaller" as the vocals were quite too to quiet and crushed i was told...

anyway, another lost in the supermaki track that evi and i have done seems to amuse quite a few people, it was even posted on some page related to will oldham (palace brothers) who we sampled in it... we don't know if art brut or robbie williams are amused, too.

we will play two live shows... on 04.02. 2006 at komma, esslingen (along with an albatross and finn, etc.) and on 26.02. 2006 @kommcafé, nuernberg with kid 606. we can't complain and hope to have some new tracks done until then. we already have some ideas who to steal from...
